Supporting our community,
one resident at a time

The Whiteley Village Residents Committee exists to support and enrich life in our village. When we first saw Village Voice, we recognised something that shares that same purpose — a way of bringing together the many things that make Whiteley Village special, and making them easier for everyone to find and enjoy.

We are encouraging residents to give it a try, entirely voluntarily. There is no obligation, no cost, and nothing to download. If you find it useful, wonderful. If you have ideas about how it could be even better, we would love to hear them.

"Village Voice has real potential to bring our community closer together. After many years as Chair it gives me great pleasure to encourage every resident to explore what it has to offer. I believe it will grow into something truly special for Whiteley Village."

Barry Nicolle
Outgoing Chair, WVRC

"As I take on the Chair of the WVRC I am excited to see Village Voice develop alongside our community. This is exactly the kind of initiative that helps residents feel informed, involved and valued — and that is what the WVRC is here to support."

Beryl Davies
Chair, WVRC

Village Voice is a voluntary initiative supported by the WVRC. It sits alongside — and celebrates — the rich community life that already exists here, from the Bowls Club and the Choir to the Swimming Pool and the Community Café. It is not a replacement for anything. It is simply a new way to stay connected.
